Thank you very much guys for a very pleasant stay for the relaxed weekend. It has peaceful central location on the lake. It's right by the bus/train station, picturesque Lecco and the town attractions. The staff is exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Perfect and exceptionally clean place with very friendly professional and highly professional staff in futile efforts to control this with reception staff. Best possible location relatively near Ponte Azzone Visconti Bridge. Very nice restaurant relatively near the hotel.

The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the highly professional receptionist. Breakfast stood out with its amazing variety and attentive F&B staff. Our room offered amazing lake views that added a magical touch to our evenings.
There was inconsistency in front desk service, which affected the overall impression.

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms. Price/performance ratio.
The room wasn't ready, though we arrived at 2:30.

Family suitable stay with great breakfast
We had a awesome breakfast buffet that had a wide selection, fruit, eggs and more, really set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and really helpful , especially Luigi at the front desk who got us a taxi when we needed it.
It wasn't cheap but considering the experience, I guess it was acceptable.

This is a business hotel and we are tourists. I like that we were upgraded to a suite. After lots of small roomes on tne road a nice big room witn both a bath and showe was welcomed.
Its a business hotel in the city and we wanted to spend time on the lake. It is a very nice business hotel.
